Shipping within Germany
Shipping Costs
The shipping of your orders within Germany is carried out by the logistics company DHL. Shipping costs are charged only once per order. Up to a value of goods of € 199.99 inclusive - regardless of the size of your order - these are € 6.90 within Germany. From a value of goods of € 200 € the shipping within Germany is free of charge. When paying cash on delivery, we charge a cash on delivery fee of € 6.90 in addition to the shipping costs.

From a value of goods of € 200 we ship free of charge within Germany - regardless of the size of your order.
Delivery Times
The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is 1-2 business days and is indicated on the item page. Information on delivery times for deliveries abroad can be found below.
The start of the delivery period is determined depending on the selected payment method: When paying via Bank Transfer, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Boncontact, Belfius, KBC, iDeal, Credit Card, Przelewy24 or Apple Pay, the delivery period begins one day after the payment order is made.
For all other payment methods, the period begins one day after the order. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a state-recognized general holiday, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Shipping to a DHL Packstation
We are also happy to ship your order to a DHL Packstation. Therefore, please create a different delivery address in the checkout process and enter the word "Packstation" and the number of your Packstation in the form field Street Name and your Post number in the form field Street number. Please note that the specification as a different delivery address is mandatory.
Climate Protection & Sustainability
Resource-saving & Climate-neutral
We ship safely and resource-saving! Environmental- and climate protection are of particular importance to us. By working with our logistics partner DHL, we ensure climate-neutral shipping of our shipments during transport. Furthermore, whenever possible, we do not use shipping and packaging materials produced specifically for us.
Since the beginning of online commerce, the number of cardboard boxes shipped annually has been increasing dramatically. In 2020, 4.05 billion shipments were sent by courier, express and parcel services in Germany alone.
As an online-only retailer, we are benefiting from the increasing share of online retailing in the overall turnover of goods in Germany. However, the resulting increase in parcel shipments also gives us a steadily growing responsibility for the ecological impact of our business activities.
Packaging
In cooperation with regional companies, we succeed in ensuring that a large part of our packaging and shipping materials are reused materials. Through this second use cycle, we extend the life of each cardboard box and help to reduce energy costs for subsequent recycling.
Transportation
In addition to resource-saving packaging of our goods, environment friendly delivery to our customers is also an important concern for us. For this reason, DHL was our first choice as a logistics partner. With climate-neutral shipping through DHL, we manage to neutralize emissions and thus make a further active contribution to climate protection.
Special occasions
Nevertheless, we understand that there are occasions for an order that require new and visually appealing packaging. Therefore, if you would like new and unused packaging and shipping materials for your order, please let us know using the comment box at the end of the ordering process.
Shipping to Foreign Countries
Shipping Costs
The amount of the shipping costs depends on the recipient country and are calculated either as a flat rate or depending on the weight. They include the total handling costs, packaging costs, costs for shipping and export documents as well as customs processing fees.
Import duties and taxes are levied by the respective import customs office and are borne by the recipient. These depend on the import regulations of the recipient country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery Times
The delivery time for deliveries abroad varies depending on the recipient country and is shown in the table below.
In case of payment by Bank Transfer, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Boncontact, Belfius, KBC, iDeal, Credit Card, Przelewy24 or Apple Pay the delivery period starts one day after the payment order has been made. Deliverable Countries with Weight-Dependent Shipping Costs
The costs for shipping to countries with weight-dependent shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the respective recipient country. The shipping weight of each item is displayed in the shopping basket. In addition, there is a form at the bottom of this page that you can use to determine the shipping costs of your current shopping basket.

In the first step, you can see from the two tables below to which zone your desired recipient country belongs and how high the respective delivery time is, and in the second step, which shipping costs apply up to which upper weight limit.

Note on Additional Costs Outside the EU
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are neither responsible nor will they be invoiced by us. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
